Church History
Adirondack Bible Chapel had its first worship service on January 6, 1991. The church was started from a Bible Study group held locally, which began with a small group of believers in 1989. From January 6, 1991, to May 5, 1996, Worship services were held in the Piseco Community Hall, not far from the current facility. Our existing building was an old garage converted into a church. Most of the work was completed by people in the church family.
God has continued to bless the ministry of Adirondack Bible Chapel with conversions to Jesus Christ and many believers following in believer’s baptism.
The members voted to affiliate with the Evangelical Free Churches of America (EFCA), and on October 21, 1993, Adirondack Bible Chapel became officially affiliated with the EFCA.
