Adirondack Bible Chapel had its first worship service on January 6, 1991. The church was started from a Bible Study group held locally which began with a small group of believers in 1989. Worship services were held from Jan. 6, 1991 to May 5, 1996, in the Piseco Community Hall, not far from the current facility. Our current building was converted from an old garage with most of the work done by those in our church family. God has continued to bless the ministry of Adirondack Bible Chapel with conversions to Jesus Christ and many believers following in believer’s baptism. The members voted to affiliate with the Evangelical Free Churches of America (EFCA) and on October 21, 1993, Adirondack Bible Chapel became officially affiliated with the EFCA.
