Ministry Leadership Track

Building Strong Foundations for a Life of Faith and Service

The Ministry Leadership track is for young adults and ministry leaders who sense God’s call on their lives and want to be discipled for a lifetime of faithful service. We believe that ministry leaders are not primarily produced in classrooms. They are shaped in community, refined through service, and matured in the context of a local church that loves them and holds them accountable.

This immersive internship is designed to give you a full season inside a local church, being shaped for ministry in the most hands-on way possible. If you are ready to give a season of your life to growing in Christ and finding out what faithful ministry actually looks like up close, this track is for you.

Your training will not be limited to books and lectures. You will set tables for guests, walk alongside residents in the Restoration program, preach to a real congregation, learn what it means to counsel someone through a genuine crisis, and discover what it costs: and what it means to shepherd people you actually know. This is theological training with skin on it.

Participants in the Ministry Leadership track will:

• Study theology and Scripture in a gospel-centered environment
• Serve alongside residents in the Restoration program, offering practical care and encouragement
• Develop their gifts through hands-on ministry within the life of the local church
• Practice biblical hospitality: welcoming, serving, and creating space for others to encounter Christ
• Receive mentorship 
• Discern and develop their calling through focused training

Participants receive focused training depending on their ministry calling.
