Come Away and Rest Awhile
Ministry is one of the greatest privileges a person can be given, and one of the most exhausting. Pastors, missionaries, and ministry workers give themselves daily for the sake of others, often with little space to simply stop, be still, and be cared for themselves.
The Residential Discipleship ministry of Adirondack Bible Chapel wants to offer that space to you.
The Ministry Center is a place of genuine hospitality, not the polished, managed kind, but the kind that sets an extra plate at the table and means it. We want to welcome ministry workers into our community as family, surround you with encouragement, and give you room to breathe, pray, and be restored. We believe that sometimes, the most faithful thing a minister can do is let someone else minister to them.
What We Offer
Short-Term Rest: A quiet place to step away from the demands of ministry, spend unhurried time with the Lord, and recover physically and spiritually.
Sabbatical Stays: Extended stays for pastors and missionaries who need a deeper season of renewal, reflection, and recalibration for the road ahead.
Pastoral Care & Counseling: For those who would find it helpful, we can provide pastoral counseling, discipleship conversations, and ministry encouragement during your stay. Please reach out in advance so we can prepare well for your time with us.
Our prayer is that every guest who comes to rest leaves strengthened in spirit, refreshed in soul, and ready more than ever for the work God has called them to.
